The contract, with new client CEC - Centrale Eléctrique du Congo, was awarded on May 18th, 2011.
04-05-2011 - Changes at the Supervisory Board of Directors of Dietsmann
The Supervisory Board of Directors of Dietsmann, the leading independent maintenance contractor and operator of oil and gas production installations and power plants, underwent the following changes:
Menno Grouvel and Fabrizio D’Adda, Supervisory Board members since 2007, did not seek re-election for a new mandate. Dr Lukman* accepted his nomination and re-joined Dietsmann’s Supervisory Board for a new full four-year mandate. Dr Lukman was first appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2007, but had to resign in 2008 when he was appointed as the Minister of Petroleum Resources of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Didier Keller** was also nominated Supervisory Director for the statutory period of four years, while Andre Jonkman and Maurice Smulders were re-elected and will serve for a second term of four years.

An official ceremony to open its new offices in central Luanda was held on March 20th by Dietsmann’s Angolan joint venture subsidiary SONADIETS Limitada. The opening of the new offices follows the inauguration of the company’s new state-of-the-art training centre in the Morro-Bento district of the capital on February 8th.
