Dietsmann’s shareholders and Supervisory Board have approved the appointment of Mr. Alex Bouigue as member of Dietsmann Group Management Board as of October 01, 2019.

Today, Mr. Bouigue is one of Dietsmann’s longest serving employees. Thanks to his managerial and working skills, he has worked his way up within Dietsmann, holding various positions.
Mr. Bouigue joined Dietsmann back in 1993 when the Group acquired SETRAM Automation, a French company for which he had been working since 1981.
As a Dietsmann employee, he first held the position of Technical Manager, responsible of the Maintenance Engineering & Inspection office in Pau, France.
He then held the position of Technical Manager in Marseilles before working his way up to become Operations Manager in 1997.
Mr. Bouigue was by then in charge of the Group’s maintenance contracts.

In 2003, he was entrusted with the position of Country Manager of the Republic of Congo for two years. He then became Group Operation Manager & Director West Africa & France before being promoted to his current position of Chief Operating Officer.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bouigue is responsible for the Group’s operations, its clients’ satisfaction as well as the economic results of Dietsmann’s subsidiaries.

Thanks to the skills he has shown throughout the years and the experience he has acquired, the shareholders as well as the Management Board are confident that Mr. Bouigue is a valuable addition to the Group’s Management Board.
