At the end of June 2017 Total E&P Angola awarded Sonadiets – Dietsmann’s Angolan joint venture subsidiary – a three years extension of the General Maintenance Services contract for both the Pazflor and Clov FPSOs (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessels). Sonadiets has been operating on both the Pazflor and Clov since their construction began in 2010 and 2013 respectively.
Both Pazflor and Clov are located in deep-water Block 17 in the Gulf of Guinea and are operated by Total on behalf of its partner, Sonangol – Angola’s national oil company.
The new, three-year, General Maintenance Services contract is a continuation of current contracts and will start in December 2017.
Dietsmann has been active in Angola for more than 30 years and Total is one of its major long-term clients in West Africa. Today Dietsmann maintains many onshore and offshore production assets operated by Total around the world including in Libya, Nigeria, Gabon, the Republic of Congo and Angola.
