During ENI’s Worldwide Safety Day, which took place in Milan on 16 May 2016, Dietsmann was awarded the first prize in the EPC-Construction category.

The award was based on the answers to a safety survey conducted among all ENI’s services providers. The extensive survey included factors such as the countries in which the company works for ENI, the number of man-hours worked and the number and type of accidents that had occurred as well as detailed information about the company’s safety culture and HSE Management System. As ENI had decided to include Dietsmann’s Global maintenance activity in the EPC and Global contracting and construction category, the number of competitors was quite large. One more reason for congratulating all the Dietsmann teams in the field whose professionalism, care and compliance with HSE practices and procedures made this result possible. As always the next challenge is to continue improving to maintain Dietsmann’s good result also in difficult conditions.

Dietsmann’s Managing Director, Marco Arata, Sales Director, Adelindo Capparelli, Italy Country Manager, Enrico Chiti, and HSE Group Manager, Laurent Faure attended the event. The award was handed to Marco Arata, by Giuseppe RICCI, ENI Executive Vice President Health, Safety, Environment & Quality and Rita MARINO, ENI Executive Vice President Procurement.

During the meeting Mrs. Rita Marino emphasized that safety performance remains a priority for ENI when it comes to Tenders and HSE matters.
