Management Board
The Management Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s operations under the supervision of the Supervisory Board. The Management Board is accountable for the development and execution of the company’s strategy and for achieving the strategic goals. The Management Board is required to keep the Supervisory Board informed, to consult with the Supervisory Board on important matters and to submit certain important decisions to the Supervisory Board for its approval.
