2012 was a successful year for Dietsmann, the leading independent provider of integrated Operation & Maintenance services for oil, gas and LNG production facilities and for power plants. The Company achieved overall growth of over 31.4%, was awarded substantial new contracts in all its operating regions, successfully acquired a majority share in REP Engineering, a significant Russian maintenance company in the power sector, and once again achieved record-low accident rates.

08-03-2013 - Dietsmann records another excellent HSE performance in 2012

Breda, the Netherlands, 8 March 2013 – Dietsmann teams have again demonstrated how the Company’s commitment to working safely translates into an improving HSE performance. During 2012 there were regrettably two lost time injuries within the entire organization while noteworthy safety awards and records were achieved in Nigeria, Russia, Gabon, Angola and the Republic of the Congo. 

04-03-2013 - Dietsmann Libya wins $120M Global Maintenance Contracts

Tripoli 28 February 2013 - Mellitah Oil & Gas has awarded Dietsmann a two-year Maintenance Management Assistance Contract Libya for the Sabratha Platform. Mobilization of the contract will start in March 2013.

In November 2012 Dar Petroleum - South Sudan’s biggest oil company – awarded Dietsmann the contract for the Provision of Operation & Maintenance for Production Resumptions at the Moleeta oilfield in the Melut Basin.
