Dietsmann consistently focuses on its core business and aims to be the lifetime trusted maintenance partner for plant owners and operators, rather than just ‘a contractor’.

Our Operation & Maintenance services contracts represent mutually beneficial long-term partnerships. We share the economic risks of the production process through instituting incentive schemes that makes optimization, cost and availibility a mutual business opportunity.

We typically establish an integrated project team, comprising both Dietsmann and client personnel.
To further align our objectives with those of the client, we agree a comprehensive range of key performance indicators, including production, reliability and availability, cost reduction and quality, health, safety and environment management.

What makes us unique

Specialized and Independent

Very few other companies are specialized in the integrated Operation & Maintenance of upstream oil and gas production plants. Dietsmann is entirely focused on the maintenance of these facilities and how it can be continually improved.

Consolidating, coordinating and managing all maintenance activities

As most plants include a number of component parts with equipment such as gas turbines, compressors and instrumentation produced by a number of different manufacturers, some facility owners and operators enter into contracts with each of them to maintain and repair their own equipment on site. As we have experience with and thorough knowledge of these components, partnering with Dietsmann enables these otherwise disparate and specific maintenance activities to be consolidated, coordinated and managed.

An independent expert interface

We therefore act as an independent expert interface between the OEM and the client. As a stand-alone and independent company, we are free from any potential conflicts of interest. We do not sell spare parts or equipment, and we represent only the interests of our clients. Our unique business focus also means we are often called upon to provide independent advice on maintenance issues or carry out maintenance audits. Clients of these expert consultancy services are often the plant owners or operators, but they also include organizations that have been asked to provide financing or insurance cover for plants, as they too share a significant interest in ensuring effective and reliable long-term maintenance and asset integrity.
